Stylist

After graduating from her cosmetology program, Katie joined Magnolia Jane’s team and completed our post-graduation training program. Katie then worked alongside our senior and master stylists as an assistant to build on and refine her skills while also shadowing more advanced stylists in the industry. She has flourished incredibly as a part of our team and grown into a wildly talented stylist, it is clear that she is a natural born stylist without a doubt.
Katie is a passionate stylist with a warm, bubbly personality. As a “curly girl” herself, she understands the importance of teaching her guests how to recreate their style at home & educating on the proper use of tools and products. Katie attended an advanced texture cutting class through AVEDA in Washington, D.C as well as various other trainings in Charlotte through AVEDA and HC Beauty for color, cutting and extension application methods. She is committed to continuing education to broaden her skills and bring the latest techniques and trends to New Bern.
Her thorough consultations, friendly personality and commitment to growth make her a well-rounded stylist that we are proud to have on our team!
